Help Preserve a Piece of Nanaimo History
The Globe Hotel was built in 1887 and has been part of downtown Nanaimo for well over a century. Maintaining a historic brick building of this age is an ongoing and expensive undertaking.
From brick and mortar repairs to roofing, exterior restoration, structural maintenance and the countless smaller repairs that come with caring for a 19th-century building, there is always work to be done.
